What thinker thinks the prover proves
Updated: Feb 23
Sounds simple yes? Probably too simple when you are talking about the brain. However, what if we say the mind has two functions ( again not true) the thinker and the prover. Whatever we think the prover arranges all incoming information to prove that to be true. For example : Are people friendly around here? The answer will determine how you react to others and then you start a continuous circle. You often see it in perceptions neighbourhoods have of themselves. This is also true of teams. Over time the external lines up to your internal thinking. A good start is to ask yourself what you would like to think or what is more helpful. Of course there is reality but which comes first. This was one of the key rules in turning around any team that were “deemed” difficult unless of course they are!
